I started my career at PwC, then moved to a local firm where I worked closely with small and medium-sized business owners. The pattern was always the same: we'd show up to do the year-end work, only to spend half our time fixing the books first.

That's when I realized — these businesses didn't need a better accountant at tax time. They needed a better financial partner all year round.
